 　　Approved by the national market supervision and management department, Hejing Intelligent Construction (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hejing Construction") has successfully obtained the qualification for the installation of special equipment pressure pipeline GC2. This marks a further expansion of the scope of compliance projects undertaken by Hejing Construction, providing more guarantees for customers' EPC general contracting services.

　　In order to consolidate the high-quality development foundation of Hejing Construction and strengthen market competitiveness, our company has established a special working group to actively organize the qualification application for pressure pipeline installation permit (GC2 level).

　　In March 2023, a team of six appraisal and evaluation experts, including regulatory agencies and industry experts, conducted a three-day on-site appraisal and evaluation of the installation permit qualifications for the GC2 pressure pipeline of Hejing Construction. The company's relevant responsible persons and personnel from relevant departments accompanied the review.

　　After strict inspection by the expert group in accordance with national standards and specifications, our company's pressure pipeline resource conditions, quality assurance system operation, and construction process were rigorously and meticulously examined. Finally, it was unanimously agreed that Hejing Construction meets the standards of the "License Rules" and has the qualification certification conditions for special equipment pressure pipelines (GC2 level).

　　According to regulations such as the "Special Equipment Safety Law" and the "Quality Manual for Pressure Pipeline Installation", the special equipment pressure pipeline engineering system has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, flammability, explosion, toxic and harmful media and other hazards in scenario applications. The design difficulty is high, and the quality control systems such as project construction technology, materials, welding, inspection, non-destructive testing, pipeline anti-corrosion (joint patching), physical and chemical inspection, equipment management, heat treatment, cleaning and line sweeping have extremely high requirements for the professional technical capabilities and management level of the construction unit.
